B&A offers civil engineering services to the public and private sector:
Private sector services include site and land development, paving grading and drainage and all site infrastructure.

For the public sector the firm provides services in two separate divisions:
Our municipal division provides planning and design for all roadway, park, water distribution, wastewater collection and drainage systems.

Our transportation group specializes in the design of highways, traffic engineering and construction engineering and inspection.


Homestead Motorsports
The Homestead Motorsports Complex includes a 2.2-mile road circuit course and a 1.5-mile four-turn oval track, parking for 24,000 cars.


Grove Hill Tower
Bermello, Ajamil & Partners, Inc. designed this exquisite 21-story luxury condominium, along Biscayne Bay in Coconut Grove. The project features 80 luxurious estate apartments that limited to four spacious residential units per floor.


Ryder Child Development Center
B&A was commissioned to design the Ryder Child Development Center for Ryder Corporation’s national headquarters in Miami, Florida. The center houses a daycare and after-school indoor and outdoor play areas for 150 children.
