Architecture is the cornerstone of Bermello, Ajamil & Partners, Inc. While the firm has expanded into a multidisciplinary A/E practice, it remains committed to excellence in architectural design. The creative process of solving problems in an imaginative and cost-conscious manner is not a function of circumstance but the diligent application of talent and expertise. We strive to maintain a balance; to turn each vision into an award-winning forward thinking solution that will stand the test of time for our clients.

Our architecture group practices within the context of B&A's multidisciplinary workplace, supported by Civil Engineering, Planning, Landscape Architecture, Interior Design and our Transportation group. B&A is a client-driven, service-oriented company, from project inception through completion, the Principal-In-Charge and Project Manager form the core team, guiding each project and assuring accountability and continuity in communication, management and design. The firm is routinely recognized by national organizations for its' award winning design practice.


Dubai Maritime City
Bermello, Ajamil & Partners, Inc. was selected as Master Architect for Dubai Maritime City; the world’s first purpose built center for maritime business and commerce.


New York City Cruise Terminal Brooklyn Pier 12
This was the first of three projects identified in the Master Plan that defined the revitalization of the Manhattan Cruise Terminals and the expansion of cruising into Brooklyn.


MDX State Road 836 Toll Plaza
B&A created a signature wing-like design for the expansion and replacement of the aging toll plaza located on State Road 836 in Florida. The toll canopy is a steel structure clad in aluminum panels, supported by steel cables from 2 hexagonally-shaped pylons located at the north side of the structure.


Premiere Towers
Premiere Towers was designed to create the ultimate urban living environment. Located in the heart of the Miami’s Brickell Business District, it merges luxury living, with unsurpassed amenities, and retail conveniences, all literally at the fingertips of its residents.


Filling Station
The design of this mixed-use development combines extravagance with simplicity. An exterior design that never veers far from its roots as a unique industrial building is paired with individual loft units providing the raw building blocks that allow residents to create their own space.
