B&A provided full architectural and engineering services for the Doris and Phil Sanford Fire Rescue Station. This fire rescue station is residential in scale and appearance to suit its location in an upscale neighborhood. Its design is consistent with the area's architecture and the landscaping was selected specifically for compatibility with the prevalent vegetation. The two-story facility includes the main building, a service building and an apparatus room. The design program included separate dormitory quarters for fire response and emergency rescue teams.
