B&A was commissioned to renovate the Bill Cosford Theater on the University of Miami's main campus. Changes to the facility accommodate classes and lectures but it is primarily used as the campus movie house with a seating capacity of 30%. The renovation included a new digital sound system and, to improve the acoustical value of the space, Pyrock and K-13 on the walls and ceiling. Seating access was upgraded to meet standards required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and new interior finishes were incorporated throughout.
